Milwaukee M12 Compact Tire Inflator Quickly Fills Flats
We’ve reviewed several battery-powered inflators and most do a decent job. The Milwaukee M12 Cordless Compact Tire Inflator (2475-20) focuses solely on tire inflation (high pressure). This 12V tire inflator stores easily on a shelf or in your work van or trailer, and we love the integrated handle and compact design.
How Fast Does the Milwaukee M12 Compact Tire Inflator Work?
This is the first tire inflator produced by Milwaukee, and they already claim it as “the fastest”. How Fast?
Well, the Milwaukee cordless compact inflator can top off your car tires (from 28 to 35 psi) in under a minute. It can even get your LT truck tires pumped up from 30 to 45 psi in under 4 minutes. The compact inflator also has a maximum capacity of 120 psi. As a result, it can handle quite a few different high-PSI applications. That includes anything from performance bicycle tires to Low-profile 275/80R/22.5 LRG tires (in a pinch).
The M12 cordless inflator features a back-lit digital LCD gauge that displays your target pressure and the current pressure readings. When that target pressure is reached, the auto shut-off feature protects your tires from overfilling. It also keeps the motor in the tool from overheating.
The Milwaukee M12 Compact Inflator has a super portable profile. It’s easy to store away in your car or truck. It only weighs 6.5 lbs as well, so you can take it wherever you need it.

I honestly have to say I have gone through least 3 to 4 of these and I’m very disappointed. I used it for air tests on plumbing systems because when I first got into plumbing my boss had one and it never failed him when he would air up rough in plumbing systems. And since I bought one it seems like they don’t live up to it.
