The TE 70-D/AVR, TE 70‑AVR, TE 70-ATC/AVR, and TE 80-ATC/AVR are all 15A. As we’ve found, however, some tools (like table saws) can pull higher-than-rated current when put under load.

We haven’t seen the inside of this particular model, but a lot of the vibration control systems use counterbalance designs.
