That’s the problem. I would love a smaller Hitachi coil nailer but stuck with the framing gun cause they only shoot up to.099. Wallboard nails are thicker because of shear. Everyone I know has been buying the little red and grey Max coil nailers. They can shoot anything and are alot smaller. Perfect for siding and roof decking. Hitachi has failed to deliver a smaller alternative . Use their stick guns but had to find another gun for siding to get away from the bulky coil nailers.
